We kindly request that you handle our decor items with care. In the unlikely event of damage or loss to any decoration item, the client will be responsible and billed for the total cost of replacing the item with a brand-new one. I appreciate your understanding.
If you need to change your event date, we understand! Rather than cancelling outright, clients may have the option to reschedule the celebration within 30 days before the party at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Life happens, and we're here to accommodate! Instead of a refund, clients may opt to receive credit towards a future birthday event with our company, valid for a specified period.
